dentity Verification & Vetting: Upon requisition form submission and financial clearance, the Sentinel Bureau Operations Desk executes a mandatory identity verification protocol within the shortest possible timeframe to ensure regulatory compliance.
Deployment & Logistics Timeline: Following successful vetting, consignments are dispatched to the designated delivery theater. Standard transit duration is 03 working days within Dhaka metropolitan perimeters and up to 05 working days for locations outside Dhaka.
Quality Assurance & Replacement Protocol: Our logistics team subjects every item to a rigorous pre-dispatch inspection to guarantee operational readiness. In the highly unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or logistical damage, the client must notify the Command Desk within 24 hours of receipt with valid verified proof (photographic/videographic evidence) to initiate an immediate tactical replacement.
